Parent-child gymnastics in the new school year

We would like to continue offering our popular parent-and-child gymnastics sessions in the 2026–27 school year as well. We invite parents with children up to the age of four to join our exercise session. We’ll be starting again on 23 September: every Wednesday from 4.00 pm to 5.00 pm, we’ll meet in the primary school gym – an hour full of exercise, games and fun.​

Parent-child gymnastics not only promotes children’s motor skills, but also strengthens the bond between parent and child. Through joint exercises and games, the little ones gain a variety of movement experiences that have a positive influence on their physical and mental development.

Registration and conditions of participation:

Registration: Interested parents are asked to register HERE in advance.

Participation costs: On your first visit, you will receive a 5-visit card for €30. One visit per meeting will be noted on the card.

Responsibility: Parents are responsible for their children during the event. However, an iDSB employee will be on hand to provide support.

Please note that there is no gymnastics during the school holidays and on 07.10., 11.11.2026 and 06.01.2027.

The iDSB is looking forward to numerous participants and many happy gymnastics lessons with the little ones.
