Insights into Europe: Year 11 visit to the European Commission

Year 11 visited the European Commission in Brussels and gained fascinating insights into the work of the European institutions. Of particular interest was the talk given by Dominik Wullers, who works in the field of European defence cooperation. He explained the current challenges and tasks facing the European Union in the field of security and defence and gave us a practical insight into his work. Thanks to his informative talk, we learnt a great deal about the importance of European cooperation and the role of the EU in a changing security landscape. The visit was very interesting and offered many new perspectives on European politics.
