Experiencing careers first-hand: A great response to the Career Afternoon
Yesterday’s career information event (Career Afternoon) for Years 10 to 12 was a resounding success and attracted a large turnout. Over the course of two hours, the pupils had the opportunity to learn about a wide variety of different professions, career paths and study options.
The wide-ranging programme ensured plenty of variety and offered exciting insights for virtually every interest. Particularly valuable were the personal discussions with the speakers from the various professional fields, during which the pupils were able to obtain in-depth, first-hand information. The event thus provided important guidance for their future careers.
