First Business Award Presented for Outstanding Achievements at the Digital Technical High School
A special achievement for the Digital Vocational High School (FOS) at the International German School of Brussels: As part of this year’s graduation ceremony, the special award from the German-Belgian-Luxembourg Chamber of Commerce (AHK debelux) and the British-German Chamber of Commerce for outstanding achievements in the field of economics was presented for the first time.
The award went to our graduate Philip, who distinguished himself during his time at school through exceptional dedication, a keen interest in economic issues, and outstanding achievements in economics-related subjects. The prize was presented in person by Margit Kunz, Managing Director of AHK debelux.
The Digital Technical High School is a joint educational program offered by the International German School Brussels (iDSB) and the German School Association – Deutsche Schule London. It combines academic learning with hands-on experience and leads to the general university of applied sciences entrance qualification (“Applied Abitur”), which opens the door to German universities of applied sciences and numerous practice-oriented degree programs.
The AHK debelux has supported the Business and Administration Department of the FOS for many years and guides students on their path to higher education and careers. The inaugural presentation of this award underscores the importance of business education and recognizes outstanding achievements in this field.
We warmly congratulate Philip on this special award and, together with our partners, are delighted by the success of our graduates. This honor demonstrates once again the opportunities the Digital Fachoberschule offers young people to deepen their interests and prepare specifically for their academic and professional futures.
