British School Brüssel meets iDSB – A Morning of Language, Fun and Friendship

Pupils from the British School of Brussels visited the 4th grades of the iDSB for a joyful intercultural morning last week.

Under the motto “Welcome and Getting to Know Each Other”, children from both schools connected through songs, games, and shared creativity.

Mixed groups explored playful learning stations including a kitchen corner for baking Christmas treats, a creative station for crafting colorful Christmas crackers, and a singing station celebrating Christmas carols in English and German. After an outdoor break and plenty of laughter, everyone came together to taste the freshly baked cookies and share their experiences. The event ended with warm farewells and many smiling faces – a wonderful example of how language learning and international friendship go hand in hand.
