Parent-child gymnastics in the new school year

After a successful start in the last school year, we would like to continue our parent-child gymnastics programme in the 2025-26 school year. We invite parents with children up to the age of four to join our popular exercise class. It starts again on 17 September: every Wednesday from 16:00 to 17:00 we meet in the iDSB gym – an hour full of movement, games and fun.

Parent-child gymnastics not only promotes children’s motor skills, but also strengthens the bond between parent and child. Through joint exercises and games, the little ones gain a variety of movement experiences that have a positive influence on their physical and mental development.

Registration and conditions of participation:

Registration: Interested parents are asked to register HERE in advance.

Participation costs: On your first visit, you will receive a 5-visit card for €30, which you will have purchased when you register. One visit per meeting will be noted on the card.

Responsibility: Parents are responsible for their children during the event. However, an iDSB employee will be on hand to provide support.

Please note that there is no gymnastics during the school holidays and on 1 October, 29 October and 12 November.
