Since late autumn of 2014, we have a team consisting of pedagogical staff, members of the administrative board, and members of the parents’ council who have joined forces to continue the work of the former tax group. The main goal is to ensure quality management at the school and hence develop the school profile further. The workgroup should serve as an active interface between the school management and the entire association and is particularly keen on transparent incorporation of new ideas and concepts into the overall educational concept of the school. As a matter of principle, proposals on the school profile and school development are only put into effect after they have been voted for in the staff conference.
Initially, the group had set its goal on compiling a school program that gave new teachers, parents, and students a profound insight into the school life. Their current objective is “project work”.
The development team meets every six weeks in the library and is headed by the deputy headmaster.
